What else is happening with Jamie and the Dutton family?
Jamie is angered by news coverage of his relationship with Sarah Atwood and suspects Beth leaked personal information. He visits Christina, his former campaign manager and the mother of his child. She advises him to announce an investigation into John and Sarah’s deaths and connect Sarah to John’s murder. In a separate development, a detective arrives at Market Equities with a search warrant for Sarah’s former office.
The family gathers before the auction. Monica offers to collect John’s body from the coroner, while Kayce tells her he is ready to leave the ranch behind.

How much does the auction raise, and is it enough?
The recap says the Dutton siblings have $30 million from the auction. Beth warns that the money will not keep the ranch going for long, underscoring that selling assets buys time rather than resolving the ranch’s underlying financial problem.
