How the colored tiles work
If you are trying a similar puzzle, the feedback is the part that actually guides your next guess. The New York Times Help Center describes the rules for Wordle in 1, a bonus variation, as matching the original Wordle:
Rank #2
- Green: the letter is in the word and in the correct position.
- Yellow: the letter is in the word but in a different position.
- Gray: the letter does not appear in the word.
The Help Center page is at https://thenewyorktimeshelpcenter.helpjuice.com/bonus-puzzles. It describes the variation rather than listing daily answers, so it does not confirm the November 10, 2025 answer.

The answer rests on two secondary sources that agree with each other. Neither source reproduces an official New York Times puzzle record for that date, so if you need a formal citation, check the Wordle archive on the New York Times Games site. For a casual check on a past puzzle, the agreement between the Parade guide and the YourDictionary archive is a solid basis.
