PerthNow published its social gallery on July 14, 2025, during the event’s run. PCEC’s listing gives the dates as July 5, 12 and 19, 2025, from 7 pm to 10 pm at its Exhibition Pavilions. The listing also promoted the night ticket as offering over $120 in value. That was a package-value claim, not an independently measured event outcome. The separate $270 value mentioned in PerthNow’s coverage concerned a School’s Out Winter Fest day ticket, not Winter Fest Nights.

The listed address was Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, 21 Mounts Bay Road, Perth WA 6000. PCEC says the venue can be reached on foot, by rideshare and by public transport, including bus, train or ferry from South Perth. For directions or transport services, check the venue’s current location information rather than relying on old event details.
