Windows 10 或更高版本的电脑可以使用 Netflix：从 Microsoft Store 安装官方应用，或直接用浏览器访问 Netflix。先提醒一点：当前 Windows 版应用不支持下载影片离线观看；如果需要离线播放，请使用支持下载的手机或平板。
安装前需要准备什么
- 运行 Windows 10 或更高版本的电脑或平板；Netflix 官方安装说明还要求 Windows 应用所需的 Microsoft Edge 已安装。
- 可用的 Microsoft Store。商店可能要求使用 Microsoft 账号登录。
- 稳定的网络连接，以及可登录的 Netflix 账号。Netflix 应用可免费安装；观看内容需要符合条件的 Netflix 账号和订阅。
具体可用性可能因设备和地区而异。Netflix 的 Windows 使用说明见Netflix 官方 Windows 帮助页；Microsoft Store 的一般安装流程见Microsoft 支持页。
从 Microsoft Store 安装 Netflix
- 打开 Windows 的“开始”菜单，启动 Microsoft Store。
- 选择商店中的搜索框或“搜索”，输入 Netflix 并按 Enter。
- 在结果中选择官方 Netflix 应用。也可以打开Netflix 的 Microsoft Store 页面。
- 选择“安装”。如果商店提示登录，请使用 Microsoft 账号完成登录。
- 安装完成后，从“开始”菜单打开 Netflix，选择“登录”，输入 Netflix 账号的邮箱地址或电话号码及密码，再选择用户资料。
成功安装后，Netflix 应出现在“开始”菜单中。Netflix 官方说明了从商店搜索并安装应用的步骤，也指出 Windows 应用需要 Microsoft Edge；这不表示所有用户都必须用 Edge 浏览器观看。
不安装应用：直接用浏览器观看
- 打开 Microsoft Edge、Google Chrome、Firefox 或 Opera。
- 访问 netflix.com，选择“登录”。
- 输入 Netflix 账号信息，选择用户资料并播放影片。
浏览器适合只想在线播放、公司电脑不允许安装应用，或 Microsoft Store 无法使用的情况。Netflix 官方列出的 Windows 播放最高分辨率如下；这是支持上限，不是对每台设备的画质保证。

Windows 版 Netflix 能下载影片离线观看吗？
不能。Netflix 当前的 Windows 应用不再支持下载影片进行离线观看。过去的 Windows 客户端教程可能包含“下载”按钮和“我的下载”等步骤，但不能据此判断当前应用也有这些功能。Netflix 在VC2-CV1-ER 错误说明中确认了这一变化，并建议需要离线观看的用户改用支持下载的其他设备，例如手机或平板。

不要为了恢复下载功能而从论坛、网盘或第三方镜像安装旧版客户端，也不要使用声称可以绕过限制的下载工具；这类软件存在安全和账号风险，也无法保证兼容。
Windows 上看 4K 或 HDR 需要什么？
安装应用本身不会自动带来 4K 或 HDR。Netflix 列出的 Windows 4K 条件包括以下各项：

Microsoft Store 找不到 Netflix 或安装失败怎么办
搜索结果中没有 Netflix
Store 可能根据地区、账号设置或设备兼容性隐藏应用。按顺序尝试：

- 重启电脑，并检查 Windows 是否有待安装的更新。
- 确认 Microsoft Store 已登录正确的 Microsoft 账号，并检查商店地区设置。
- 直接打开Netflix 官方 Store 页面，查看应用是否在当前地区和设备上可用。
- 如果仍无法安装，使用浏览器访问 Netflix 网站观看。

Store 打不开、卡住或安装停滞
- 按 Win + R 打开“运行”。
- 输入
wsreset.exe，然后确认。 - 等待空白命令提示符窗口自动关闭；Microsoft Store 通常会随后重新打开。
- 再次搜索 Netflix 并尝试安装。
这是重置 Microsoft Store 缓存，不会创建 Netflix 账号。若商店仍不可用，可先通过浏览器观看。此排查方法来自Microsoft 的 Store 故障排除说明。

打开应用后出现 Edge 界面
Netflix 官方要求 Windows 应用所需的 Microsoft Edge 已安装。若应用无法正常启动，更新 Edge 并重启电脑；也可直接在 Edge 中访问 Netflix。不要仅凭出现 Edge 相关界面就认定安装失败。
可以登录，但无法播放或画质偏低
- 确认 Netflix 账号仍可正常使用，退出后重新登录。
- 更新 Netflix 应用、浏览器和显卡驱动；检查系统日期与时间及网络连接。
- 暂时关闭可能影响播放的浏览器扩展，或改用浏览器访问 Netflix。
- 若问题只出现在 4K/HDR，再逐项核对订阅、Windows 版本、播放方式、网络、显示器、HDCP、硬件和 HEVC 条件。
如何退出 Netflix 账号
- 打开 Netflix，进入右上角的个人资料菜单。
- 选择“退出 Netflix”（Sign out of Netflix）。
