What is the official status of Your Honor season 3?

That does not amount to a new cancellation notice. Instead, the available statements point to the story being planned and presented as a limited series that ended with season two.
Why season 3 looks unlikely
Bryan Cranston called season two the last season
While discussing the show with TV Insider in 2022, Cranston said: “I am [currently] preparing for the second and last season of Your Honor, which is a limited series that I did for Showtime.”

The series was described as limited and final
In a February 2023 interview, Sky News reported that Your Honor was originally planned as a limited series and that Cranston had signed on for a second and final season. Those comments are the clearest public indication of the intended endpoint.
A third season could theoretically be reconsidered if the network, studio and cast chose to continue, but no such decision has been confirmed.

What has been released?
| Season | Status | Episodes | Release information |
|---|---|---|---|
| Season 1 | Released | Not stated in the available official information | Debuted in 2020 |
| Season 2 | Released | 10 episodes | Paramount Press Express announced the season for January 2023 |
| Season 3 | Not officially renewed | Not applicable | No release date, episode order or production announcement |
SHOWTIME’s 2021 announcement for season two said the first season was the network’s top debut season and reported 6.6 million weekly viewers. Strong viewing figures do not, by themselves, establish that a third season was ordered.
Is Your Honor renewed or canceled?
The most precise answer is: it has not been officially renewed for season 3, and the public language treats season two as the final season of the limited series. Calling it “canceled” would imply a separate cancellation announcement that has not been identified. Calling it “renewed” is also incorrect.

Where can you watch both seasons?
| Service | What the available information says | Important qualification |
|---|---|---|
| Paramount+ | Paramount+ lists the series and both seasons. | Catalogs, plans and access can vary by country and may change. |
| Netflix | Netflix Tudum reported in June 2024 that both seasons were streaming on Netflix. | Netflix availability is territory-dependent and may have changed since that report. |
For the most reliable current check, search the title in your local Paramount+ and Netflix catalogs before subscribing. Paramount+ is the official home listed by the series’ distributor; Netflix is a reported licensed streaming outlet in some markets.
What would need to happen for season 3?
A genuine season-three update would require an official announcement from Paramount+, SHOWTIME, the production company or the principal cast. Until an outlet confirms an order, production, episode count or release window, reports of a return should be treated as rumor.

Bottom line
As of September 30, 2026, Your Honor has two released seasons and no confirmed season 3. Cranston’s description of season two as the “second and last season,” together with the show’s limited-series framing, makes season two the planned conclusion unless the rights holders announce a change.
