Jessica Alba’s reason for using crutches was not disclosed in the April 2025 reports. One report described a Los Angeles sighting; another covered a recovery post in which she said she wanted to get off crutches. Neither identified what happened to her.
What was reported about Jessica Alba’s crutches?
Hola reported on April 15, 2025, that Alba had been seen leaving a Los Angeles social club on crutches the previous day. The report said the reason for using them was unknown: Hola’s April 15 report.
On April 17, Parade reported that Alba had shared an Instagram post about her recovery and wanting to stop using crutches. Parade said she had not explained what happened: Parade’s April 17 report.
What did Alba say about her recovery?
As quoted by Parade, Alba’s caption read: “Trying to speed up this recovery with all the healing – slow mornings, journaling, nourishing my body + soul 💫 Plus some #NAD to boost cellular repair and get me off these dang crutches!” The caption describes her recovery efforts, but it does not name an injury or explain its cause. Its mention of NAD is part of her personal post, not evidence that NAD treats an injury.
