Jackilyn Martinez sued Blueface over online posts she said falsely suggested he had been intimate with her and could be the father of her child with Soulja Boy. A Los Angeles Superior Court judge later entered a $123,245 default judgment against Blueface. The defamation case did not decide the child’s biological paternity.
What Martinez said Blueface posted
Martinez filed the suit in Los Angeles Superior Court in December 2023. News reports described her claim as arising from internet posts that suggested Blueface had been intimate with her around the time of her baby shower and might be the father of her child with Soulja Boy. Those were allegations about the posts and their meaning—not a finding about paternity. (FOX 11; MyNewsLA)
Martinez described the personal impact in a previously filed declaration, saying she continued to experience “severe emotional and mental distress, including depression, anxiety, panic attacks (and) crying spells …” That is her account, not a medical finding by the court. (FOX 11)
What the court decided
In April 2025, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Peter A. Hernandez entered a $123,245 default judgment in Martinez’s favor, according to FOX 11 and MyNewsLA. The reports say Blueface did not participate in the case. The award included $100,000 for pain and suffering; the judge declined punitive damages. (FOX 11; MyNewsLA)

A default judgment is different from a verdict after a contested trial: the reports describe no trial in which a jury or judge weighed the competing evidence. Nor did this defamation judgment determine whether Blueface is the child’s biological father.

The award was $123,245 when entered in April 2025. MyNewsLA later reported that Martinez’s attorney, Michael Berke, said in a sworn declaration that the balance, including interest, had reached $129,150 by mid-October 2025. That is a dated reported balance, not a verified current amount owed. (MyNewsLA)
In December 2025, Judge Hernandez ordered royalties collected by BMI and ASCAP on Blueface’s behalf assigned to Martinez as needed to satisfy the judgment. The order concerns collection of the award; reporting in June 2026 said the royalty redirection was in effect. The reviewed reports do not establish the current balance or whether the judgment has since been fully paid. (MyNewsLA; TMZ)
