The group was led by the Grand Inquisitor, who reported directly to Darth Vader. StarWars.com’s Databank identifies several members, but its entries do not establish a complete roster.
What was the Imperial Inquisition?
The Inquisitorius was an Imperial cadre of Force-sensitive interrogators and hunters. After Order 66, its members pursued surviving Jedi. The Empire also kept records of people believed to have escaped the purge: the Inquisitorial Database says those records remained with the Imperial remnant during the New Republic era.
The Grand Inquisitor led the cadre and reported to Vader. The Databank says he had once been a Jedi Knight. His story in the entry follows his hunt for Kanan Jarrus and Ezra Bridger on Lothal, ending with his death after Kanan defeats him.

The following guide covers the numbered members identified in the StarWars.com Databank entries reviewed here. Their numbers should not be read as a complete membership list.
