The show has not named the father of Bluey’s child. In the future scene at the end of “Surprise,” adult Bluey appears with a child, but the official episode page and production feature do not identify the child’s other parent. Any specific name circulating online is a fan theory, not a confirmed answer.
What happens in “Surprise”?
“Surprise” is listed as Season 3, Episode 50 on the official Bluey episode page. Its present-day story has Bluey and Bingo asking Bandit to play two games at once: Bingo’s pretend game uses tennis balls and stubby holders as babies, while Bluey plays with a ball blaster.
The emotional turn comes when Bluey hears Bandit reassuring one of Bingo’s pretend babies that the family will support him. She puts down her game to help. The episode also features a surprise visitor at the door, while its final minutes shift to a future family scene.
What does the ending reveal?
The official “Surprise – Designing the Future” production feature describes adult Bluey returning to visit a much older Bandit and Chilli with her “surprise child.” It discusses how Ludo artists Faith Chen and Trudi Monteith designed future versions of the family.

Are any proposed fathers confirmed?
No particular friend, neighbor, or other character is substantiated as the father by the official sources cited here. The official character page identifies Pat as Lucky’s Dad and Bandit’s friend, but it does not connect Pat to Bluey’s child. Mentioning Pat—or another character—as a possible father is speculation, not evidence.
