Goldberg wondered aloud whether the periwinkle lace dress looked transparent. The report says it was not actually see-through, because Griffin had a tan slip on underneath. Griffin answered with the line “Got to leave them guessing,” and later acknowledged that she had layered Spanx beneath the dress as well. Goldberg then said the dress was gorgeous but surprising.
The moment is short. TheWrap’s article describes the conversation returning to Kelce and then drifting into a story Joy Behar told about meeting her husband at a nudist colony. That tangent is part of the same episode, but it is separate from the dress exchange.

Lace layered over a skin-tone or light underlayer often reads as sheer on camera, especially under studio lighting. A periwinkle lace dress with a tan slip beneath it can look like bare skin in some angles, which is likely why Goldberg asked. If you are looking for the dress
The report identifies no brand, retailer, or listing, so no product page can be confirmed as the garment worn on the show.
