The five people identified by fans in a brief Big Brother 27 promo were Zach Cornell, Ashley Hollis, Isaiah Frederich, Katherine Woodman and Vince Panaro. The commercial did not announce their names; contemporaneous reports described them as apparent matches based on clues in the footage. CBS’s full 16-person cast was reported by July 8, 2025, so the “first five” reveal is now a historical preseason spoiler.
Who were the first five Big Brother 27 houseguests?

Big Brother Network reported the teaser and the apparent identifications in its July 7, 2025 coverage: This Week On Big Brother 27: Cast Release & Season Premiere. Hindustan Times also reported the possible matches the following day: Zach Cornell and Vince Panaro in Big Brother 27? New promo teases possible cast reveal.
Did the promo officially reveal their names?
No. The names were inferred from people visible in the short footage and clues circulating online; the promo itself did not name them. Treat the initial identification as a preseason spoiler, not an official cast announcement. The distinction matters because a teaser can prompt plausible fan matches without confirming identities on its own.

Were the Big Brother 27 cast spoilers confirmed?
The five names later appeared in Big Brother Network’s July 8, 2025 listing of all 16 announced houseguests. That subsequent cast listing is the stronger source for their status as members of the season’s announced cast: Big Brother 27 Cast: Meet The New Houseguests. The page also lists Rachel Reilly as “Mystery HG.”
The same later listing gives the following occupations, which are more useful as biographical details than as predictors of gameplay:
- Ashley Hollis: attorney
- Katherine Woodman: fine dining server
- Zach Cornell: marketing manager
- Isaiah Frederich: salesperson
Those descriptions come from the later cast page; early spoiler coverage used differing occupational descriptions for some people. Vince Panaro is among the five names in the cast listing, but the cited later listing does not establish an occupation for him here.

The promo story circulated before the season premiere, when only a handful of apparent identities could be pieced together. By July 8, 2025, the full 16-person cast had been reported, replacing the teaser-based list with a complete cast listing. The useful takeaway now is the distinction between how the names first surfaced—inferred from promo clues—and their later appearance in the reported cast roster.
