A caption Bass reportedly posted prompted ScreenRant to suggest she was shading Steven’s ex, Calah Jackson—but that interpretation was the outlet’s, not a confirmed statement about whom Bass meant. Steven’s relationship status later changed: Bravo named Allie Eklund as his girlfriend in July 2026.
Who was Steven McBee Jr. dating in the 2025 report?
ScreenRant reported on Aug. 7, 2025, that Steven McBee Jr. had a new relationship with singer Sadie Bass. The item described a music-video clip featuring Steven that Bass shared, making it a relationship “hard launch” in the outlet’s framing. The report is available through a republication listing, rather than the original ScreenRant page.
What did Sadie Bass reportedly say?
The caption attributed to Bass read: “he needs a girl who can calm the storm—not add to it.” ScreenRant interpreted the line as shade aimed at Steven’s ex, Calah Jackson. The caption is reported wording; the available account does not establish that Bass explicitly named Jackson or confirmed that she was the target.
What happened with Steven McBee Jr. and Calah Jackson?
In a Sept. 1, 2025 report, Bravo said Steven had told The Daily Dish that his relationship with Calah was over. Bravo quoted him: “Calah and I do not have a relationship, and that door has closed permanently.” At that time, Steven said he was dating again but was not in a serious relationship.
