That production detail should not be treated as proof that the film reproduces the couple’s private relationship. Ruvé plays a fictional character, Rose Wainwright, and the movie is a scripted drama. It does, however, show how their marriage and professional partnership intersected on a specific project.
Angel Studios released The Last Rodeo theatrically on May 23, 2025, during Memorial Day weekend. Home-viewing availability can change by country, platform and date. At the time of research, an Amazon-linked listing showed a physical DVD option for The Last Rodeo and Homestead 2-Movie Collection DVD.
