Michael Weatherly is married to Dr. Bojana Janković Weatherly, a physician. His official website identifies her as his wife and says the couple currently lives in New York City. Beyond her profession, public information about her is limited, and his official biography does not give a wedding date.
Who Michael Weatherly’s wife is
Weatherly’s official biography names his wife as “Dr. Bojana Jankovic,” spelled without the diacritic. A 2026 Serbian-language profile in Politika uses the fuller form “dr Bojana Janković Vederli” and identifies her as Bojana Janković Weatherly. The most complete and current form of her name is therefore Bojana Janković Weatherly, with “Janković” spelled with the Serbian diacritic.

Her work as a physician
The July 27, 2026 Politika profile describes her as a physician working in the United States. It places her across general practice, internal medicine, integrative medicine, and functional medicine. The same profile says she moved from Serbia to Canada as a teenager. Earlier Serbian coverage, a 2019 Politika article headlined “Doktorka Bojana u Njujorku živi holivudski san” (roughly, “Doctor Bojana lives the Hollywood dream in New York”), also focused on her life in New York.
How they met
In a Q&A on his official website, Weatherly described the start of the relationship in a single line:
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches#1 Best Overall
“In a bar. She was drinking water. I was not.”
The answer is short and offers no date, location details, or further account, so it is best quoted as he gave it.
Family
Weatherly’s official biography says he is the father of three children. Entertainment Tonight reported in an October 6, 2016 interview that he had two children with Janković and an older son, August, from his earlier marriage to actress Amelia Heinle. The table below lists the family members as that 2016 report and his biography describe them.
| Family member | Mother | Where the relationship is described | Current age or status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Son, August | Amelia Heinle (Weatherly’s former wife) | Entertainment Tonight, October 6, 2016 | Not stated |
| Two children | Bojana Janković Weatherly | Entertainment Tonight, October 6, 2016; official biography (total of three children) | Not stated |
Where they live
Weatherly’s official biography states that he currently resides in New York City with his wife. Because a residence can change, that statement reflects what his website said at the time of research rather than a permanent arrangement.
