Why this version was made for the show
In an interview with gshow, Maria Maud said that she and her team were invited to create the theme for Jade’s character. The character is Chiara, played by Jade Picon, and the theme was linked to Chiara and Ari. She explained that this brief shaped the recording directly. Her words, in the original Portuguese, were:
“A gente foi chamado pra fazer a música tema da personagem da Jade. Isso foi essencial pra gente criar, interferiu totalmente no processo. A gente imaginou uma história.”

In English, roughly: “We were asked to make the theme song for Jade’s character. That was essential for us to create, it completely shaped the process. We imagined a story.” This is my translation of the gshow quote, attributed to Maria Maud, interviewed by Nathalia Accioly for gshow on 21 October 2022.
Release timing
According to the same gshow interview, the re-recording was officially released on 21 October 2022. The song had already been heard in the telenovela’s previews before that date, so audiences first encountered it on screen and then as a release.
