Luna Snow is Seol Hee, a South Korean K-pop performer who becomes a superhero with ice-manipulating powers. She first appeared in the mobile game Marvel Future Fight in 2018, then moved into Marvel comics. For a focused comic introduction, start with her 2019 solo issue, Future Fight Firsts: Luna Snow #1.
Who is Luna Snow?
Luna Snow is the superhero identity of Seol Hee, an entertainer based in South Korea. Marvel presents her as both a K-pop star and a hero, bringing her music career into the same story as her superhuman abilities. Marvel Games Senior Producer Danny Koo called her “the first Marvel K-Pop Super Hero!” in a 2018 interview about original characters developed for Marvel Future Fight: Marvel’s interview.
How did Seol Hee become Luna Snow?
Marvel’s comics guide summarizes her origin this way: A.I.M. attacks one of Seol Hee’s concerts, and she becomes a hero who can manipulate ice. The 2019 solo comic explores how she acquired her powers and what Stark Industries has to do with the story. Marvel’s issue page for Future Fight Firsts: Luna Snow #1 is the direct route to that comic-origin story; the broader origin summary appears in Marvel’s Luna Snow guide.
What are Luna Snow’s powers?
Marvel’s profile for its Marvel Rivals tabletop role-playing game describes Luna Snow’s abilities as light and dark ice. In that profile, her ice can help calm tensions as well as save lives. Those details describe that specific RPG portrayal; Marvel’s different games and comics may present the character in their own continuity and product contexts. See Marvel’s RPG profile.

Was Luna Snow created for Marvel Future Fight?
Yes. Marvel says Luna Snow debuted in the mobile game Marvel Future Fight earlier in 2018. Marvel later described her as an original character developed with Netmarble, rather than a character adapted from older Marvel comics. The game was therefore her first appearance, while the comics came later. Marvel’s July 20, 2018 announcement about the game’s soundtrack also lists her track, “Tonight.”

Is Luna Snow really a heroine “you’ve never heard of”?
That wording is a playful hook, not a measurable claim about how many people know the character. The official material cited here does not provide readership, sales, or popularity statistics. What it does establish is a distinct path: Luna Snow originated in a mobile game, became a Marvel comic character, and combines a K-pop identity with ice powers.
