Emily Osment said she met Jack Anthony at a concert after spotting him dancing in the front row and going over to introduce herself. They later became engaged and married, but the relationship is no longer current: the Associated Press reported that their divorce took effect in September 2025 and that Osment was single. “Fiancé” describes Anthony’s former status, not their present relationship.
Who is Jack Anthony?
Jack Anthony is the name used in coverage of Osment’s engagement. The Associated Press identifies her former husband by his fuller name, Jack Anthony Farina, and describes him as a musician. Entertainment Tonight described him in 2023 as a partnerships strategy expert. Those reports offer only a brief professional description, not a detailed biography.
How did Emily Osment meet Jack Anthony?
Osment’s account, carried in an E! News report about an interview, is simple: “We met at a concert.” She said Anthony was dancing in the front row “like a lunatic.” She pointed him out, asked who he was, went over, and introduced herself. Osment said she liked his dancing and felt it revealed a lot about a person.
This is Osment’s reported recollection, not an independently corroborated account from Anthony. The reporting does not identify the concert or give its date; it also does not establish that they met through friends, backstage, or by arrangement.

When were they engaged and married?
Osment announced her engagement in June 2023. Entertainment Tonight reported that Anthony proposed at Yosemite National Park and described her ring as having two side-by-side stones. In the announcement reproduced by the outlet, Osment called Anthony “a magical, beautiful, kaleidoscope of a person” and wrote that she was proud of the life they had built together and the people they had become over the previous few years. That wording does not establish when they began dating.
They married on October 12, 2024. Osment confirmed the wedding on CBS Mornings on October 16, describing it as having happened “four days ago.”
