Jackson told the Los Angeles Times: The most recent false and baseless accusations by Daphne Joy are clearly in response to my decision to seek sole custody of my son.
That sentence records Jackson’s stated interpretation of the dispute; it does not establish that he had sole custody or that Joy’s accusations were disproved.
