How Pugh and Osbourne described the relationship differently
Pugh described the relationship as emotionally significant in an interview with People, as quoted by CBS News and ABC News. She said, “What attracted me to him? Chemistry,” and added, “When I say he gave me the greatest love of my life, I mean it.”
Osbourne and his representative characterized it differently. In a statement reported by Us Weekly, Osbourne said, “I’m sorry if Ms. Pugh took our sexual relationship out of context.” Us Weekly also reported that he said he did not have feelings for Pugh. These are conflicting public characterizations, not evidence that outside observers can use to determine either person’s private motives.
