This guide distinguishes those connections and reflects updates reported through October 7, 2026; relationship statuses can change.
How to read the cast’s relationship history
Being linked on the show does not automatically mean two people dated. The timeline below separates established relationships from brief encounters and reported storylines, and notes when a connection happened before, during, or after another relationship.
Kathryn Dennis, Thomas Ravenel, and Whitney Sudler-Smith
Kathryn Dennis and Thomas Ravenel
Kathryn and Thomas had an on-and-off romantic relationship and welcomed two children together. Their romance ended in 2016. Us Weekly’s cast relationship guide describes the relationship and its history.
Kathryn Dennis and Whitney Sudler-Smith
Kathryn and Whitney hooked up during Season 1. Whitney later acknowledged sleeping with her, and the two reportedly hooked up again by Season 6. Those encounters are not evidence of a sustained relationship.

Olivia Flowers and Thomas Ravenel
At the Season 9 reunion, Olivia disclosed a one-time hookup with Thomas when she was 20. She said she was fresh out of college and believed Thomas and Kathryn were not together at the time. This was a separate disclosure, not part of Olivia’s on-show dating history.
Shep Rose, Chelsea Meissner, Taylor Ann Green, and Austen Kroll
Shep Rose and Chelsea Meissner
Shep dated Chelsea after having dated Danni Baird before the show. Chelsea also connects to Austen’s story: Austen pursued her, placing her in two separate cast storylines rather than making her a link between Shep and Austen as a couple.

Shep Rose and Taylor Ann Green
Shep and Taylor dated from 2020 to 2022. After they split, Taylor kissed Shep’s friend Austen. That sequence—Taylor’s breakup with Shep first, then the Austen kiss—helps explain why the encounter became a major friendship conflict.
Austen Kroll and Taylor Ann Green
Austen and Taylor made out toward the end of 2022, around the time Austen and Olivia Flowers had ended things. Austen initially denied the makeout; Taylor later confirmed it. The encounter and the possibility of the pair dating caused tension because Taylor was Shep’s ex and Austen was his friend. A kiss and discussion of possible dating do not establish that Austen and Taylor became a couple. Madison LeCroy and Austen Kroll
Austen later dated Madison. Madison married Brett Randle in November 2022, and a Bravo update published October 6, 2026, reported that they remained married and had welcomed daughter Teddi in 2025. Bravo’s Season 12 update reports on their family life.
Craig Conover, Naomie Olindo, and Paige DeSorbo
Craig Conover and Naomie Olindo
Craig and Naomie were a couple during the show’s earlier seasons. Years later, Naomie said she kissed Whitney after a cast dog wedding and that he spent the night. That is a disclosed kiss and overnight, not a confirmed relationship between Naomie and Whitney. Us Weekly’s relationship guide summarizes the earlier couple and Naomie’s later account.
Craig Conover and Paige DeSorbo
Craig and Paige dated for three years and split in November 2024. In Bravo’s breakup coverage, Craig said the split was not a mutual decision. He also explained that he delayed telling friends: “I wasn’t gonna f–king say anything ’cause I didn’t want it to be real.” That is Craig’s account, not a jointly established explanation for the breakup. Olivia Flowers and Rod Razavi
After her breakup with Austen, Olivia began seeing Rod in early 2023. The connection fizzled amid difficult events and fallout surrounding Austen and Taylor. Olivia’s separately disclosed hookup with Thomas belongs to a different part of her history and should not be mistaken for an on-show relationship.

Season 10: Molly O’Connell and Shep Rose
When Shep was single, he and Molly kissed at a party during Season 10 and later said they had hooked up. They did not become a full-fledged couple. Us Weekly’s cast guide distinguishes this encounter from Shep’s relationships.
Season 11: Craig, Charley, Salley, and Austen
Craig Conover and Charley Manley
Season 11 included romantic tension between Craig and Charley. They went on two dates and kissed, but they did not emerge as a confirmed couple. At the Season 11 reunion in March 2026, Charley confirmed she was dating Justin Assad, a cast member on Southern Hospitality. Bravo’s reunion coverage reports the dating disclosure and her connection with Craig.
Austen Kroll and Salley Carson
Austen and Salley kissed during Season 11, after Austen’s split from Audrey Pratt. After filming, they hung out and made out, but Austen described them as friends; Salley said neither was ready for a serious relationship. In a September 28, 2026, update, Salley said there was “nothing” sexual happening between them and that nothing was likely to happen soon. She also said she was seeing a man she calls “Ghost.” The September update supersedes any suggestion that their earlier chemistry meant they were currently a couple. Bravo’s September 2026 update reports Salley’s comments.

These are the most recent specific updates established in the sources through October 7, 2026; they are not a complete roll call of every current cast member’s status.
- Madison LeCroy and Brett Randle: Bravo reported on October 6, 2026, that they remained married. They married in November 2022 and welcomed daughter Teddi in 2025. Bravo’s Season 12 update.
- Naomie Olindo and Billy Haire: They married in France on July 18, 2026. Bravo reported that they honeymooned in France and Italy later that month. Bravo’s wedding report.
- Salley Carson and Austen Kroll: Salley described their connection as nonsexual and unlikely to develop soon in her September 28, 2026, update. Bravo’s report.
The available reports do not establish a same-day status for every current and former cast member, so the absence of a name here should not be read as confirmation that person is single.
