As of January 2024, the clearest reported ongoing couple from Single’s Inferno Seasons 1–3 was Season 2’s Jo Yoong-jae and Choi Seo-eun. Season 2’s Lee So-e and Kim Se-jun were reported to have separated; Season 3’s Lee Gwan-hee and Choi Hye-seon were reported split, and Lee Jin-seok said he and An Min-young were not dating after filming. Other pairings were unconfirmed. A finale match shows who chose each other on the show—not necessarily who continued dating afterward.
What counts as a couple after the finale?
Single’s Inferno ends with contestants making choices within the show’s format. That outcome is not proof that a pair began or continued a relationship in real life. Netflix producer Kim Jae-won explained the privacy boundary to Netflix Tudum: “What happens after filming becomes a personal matter for the participants, so we don’t think, as producers, we have the right to ask if they are still dating.”

Season 1: no confirmed couple to list for 2024
The January 8, 2024 update from Cosmopolitan Middle East does not establish any Season 1 finale pair as still together in 2024.

- An Yea-won and Kim Jun-sik: Yea-won said they remained good friends.
- Song Ji-a and Kim Hyeon-joong: the report recapped signs that they continued their connection after the finale, but did not establish that they were still a couple in 2024.
- Shin Ji-yeon and Moon Se-hoon: their status was unclear. The report also noted that representatives denied 2023 dating rumors linking Se-hoon with singer Jeon Soyeon; those rumors do not confirm a relationship with Ji-yeon.

The confirmation for Yoong-jae and Seo-eun is a dated report of his Instagram Live statement, not evidence of their status after January 2024.
Season 3: two reported not to be dating; two unconfirmed
Netflix lists Season 3’s rollout as December 12, 2023, through January 9, 2024, on its season page. The finale’s four pairings should be distinguished from what was subsequently reported about their relationships.
