The Harley-Davidson in Fast X is a customized Pan America ridden by Jason Momoa as Dante Reyes. It was built for the film character, so the on-screen motorcycle should not be mistaken for an unmodified showroom Pan America.

Who rides it, and how did it become a Harley?
Jason Momoa plays Dante Reyes, the film’s villain, and rides the bike. Momoa said he specifically asked to ride a Harley-Davidson and contacted the company’s CEO about helping with the motorcycle. He described the result as a bike Harley-Davidson let him build for his character.
“The first thing I asked was, ‘What bike do I get to ride?’ Generally, it’s a Bugatti or a Triumph or some kind of smaller performance bike for doing tricks on. I was like, ‘Hell no. I want to ride a Harley!’ I called Harley instantly, called the CEO, and was like, ‘Bro, can you help me?’ So they sent up like six bikes. I totally got hooked up. They let me build it for my character.”

That account was reported by SlashFilm from a Total Film interview. The “six bikes” figure is Momoa’s anecdotal description, not an independently verified production count. SlashFilm’s report

The available reporting does not establish its exact model-year trim, full specifications, or the complete list of modifications. A standard retail Pan America therefore should not be described as an exact replica of the motorcycle seen in the film.
