Bell currently advertises Crave Standard With Ads with eligible Max and Ultra smartphone plans. After activating an eligible plan, customers receive instructions to link their Bell Mobility number to a new or existing Crave account. The offer is not available to every Bell wireless customer, and its specific duration should be confirmed in the customer’s Bell offer details.
Which Bell plans include Crave?
Bell identifies its Max and Ultra plans for smartphones as eligible for the Crave Mobile Offer. Tablets, smartwatches and other plan or device types are excluded. Bell does not say that you must buy a new phone to qualify. See Bell’s Crave Mobile Offer for current terms.
The offer is conditional on keeping an eligible Bell Mobility plan. Bell says changing the plan can end access, so check the terms attached to your specific offer before switching plans.
How to link your Bell number to Crave
- Activate or upgrade to an eligible Max or Ultra smartphone plan.
- Wait for Bell’s email or text with instructions for linking your Bell Mobility number to a Crave account.
- Follow the instructions to link the number to a new or existing account, then watch through the Crave app or website.
Bell says an existing active Crave subscription cannot be used for this particular promotion. Its offer page also says customers may link a Bell number to an existing Crave account to retain viewing preferences; that account-linking option does not make an active subscription eligible.

What the included Crave membership covers
The promotion is for Crave Standard With Ads, not Crave Premium, and does not include the STARZ add-on. Bell lists these limitations for the included tier:
- Downloads are unavailable.
- Video resolution is up to 1080p.
- Some titles may be unavailable because of licensing restrictions.
- AirPlay, Roku, PS4, PS5, and select Fibe TV HD and 4K receivers are unsupported.
Bell lists Standard With Ads at $11.99 per month plus tax and Premium at $22.00 per month plus tax on its Crave plans page. Those are Crave subscription prices, not the cost of a Max or Ultra wireless plan. Bell lists Standard With Ads with two simultaneous streams and up to 1080p; Premium has four streams, up to 4K, and downloads.

How long does the Crave offer last?
Bell’s Crave Mobile Offer page says Standard With Ads stops automatically when the promotional period ends, but it does not state the period’s length. Bell’s separate Crave plans page describes a Bell Mobility Crave subscription billed monthly with an equal promotional credit for 24 months. Do not assume that general billing description sets the term of every Max or Ultra offer: confirm the end date and terms in MyBell or your order details.
Bell separately describes other promotions, including Crave Mobile for 24 months with a new Ultimate plan and two months of Crave with selected TV and Internet bundles. These have different eligibility and terms; they are not the Max/Ultra offer. See Bell’s general Crave offers for those separate promotions.

What to check before changing plans
- Full wireless cost: Bell’s Crave offer page does not list the price of the eligible wireless plan. Get the applicable plan quote and compare it with what you pay now.
- Offer end date: Confirm the specific promotional period in MyBell or your order details, since the offer page does not specify it.
- Your current Crave subscription: Bell says an active Crave subscription is ineligible for this offer.
- How you watch: Check whether the ad-supported tier’s device restrictions and lack of downloads work for you.
- Plan changes: Confirm how a later plan change or cancellation affects access, because Bell conditions the offer on continued eligibility.
