Apple said in March 2025 that both complete seasons were available globally; because streaming catalogs can change by date and region, check the Apple TV app in your location to confirm current availability.
Where can you watch Severance season 2?
Apple TV+ is the streaming destination for Severance season 2. In a March 2025 announcement, Apple TV Press said the complete first and second seasons were “now streaming globally” on the service: Apple TV Press. That statement records availability at the time; your local Apple TV catalog is the best place to check whether the season is currently offered in your region.
Apple TV+ is accessed through the Apple TV app, not only through an Apple-made television or streaming box. Apple lists the app on Apple TV 4K, Apple devices, select smart TVs, Roku, Amazon Fire TV devices, Chromecast with Google TV, consoles, and the web. See Apple’s supported-device list for its current options. Apple TV 4K is optional: a compatible device or web browser may be enough.
When did season 2 come out, and how was it released?
The 10-episode season premiered on January 17, 2025. Apple’s July 10, 2024 announcement set a weekly Friday rollout, with the finale scheduled for March 21, 2025: Apple’s season 2 announcement. Apple’s episode listing identifies “Cold Harbor” as season 2, episode 10, and gives March 21, 2025, as its release date: Apple TV’s Severance page.

What is Severance season 2 about?
Mark Scout leads a team at Lumon Industries whose employees have undergone a procedure separating their work memories from their personal memories. Apple’s season 2 synopsis says Mark and his friends confront the consequences of tampering with that boundary. The story continues the show’s exploration of what happens when a person’s working life and private self are made to function as separate worlds.
Has Severance been renewed for season 3?
Yes. Apple announced in March 2025 that Severance had been renewed for a third season, in the same announcement that said seasons 1 and 2 were streaming globally: Apple TV Press. That announcement did not provide a season 3 release date.
