Update: the latest buying information verified for this guide is from August 2026. Although many search results still mention 2025, prices, stock, shipping thresholds, and promotions can change quickly.
The safest way to buy a genuine Labubu online is to start with POP MART’s own website, app, official TikTok Shop, or official Amazon storefront. Marketplace search results alone are not enough: a Labubu listing on Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay, or Walmart may come from an independent seller.
Best places to buy authentic Labubu dolls online
1. POP MART’s official U.S. website
POP MART’s U.S. store is the most direct online source. You can browse through POP MART → Toys → Labubu or POP MART → Collections → The Monsters. Searching the site for “Labubu” also brings up the current catalog.
The selection may include standard figures, vinyl plush dolls, plush pendants, blind boxes, and MEGA LABUBU releases. Recent examples in the U.S. catalog included:

These are reference prices, not permanent quotes. Stock and prices can change without notice. If a product page shows “NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE,” POP MART does not promise a specific restock date; use the notification option instead.
2. POP MART’s official TikTok Shop
The verified TikTok storefront is named POPMART US SHOP. It is marked “OFFICIAL SHOP” and carries Labubu and The Monsters products, including blind-box pendants and vinyl plush items.
Do not assume that every Labubu listing on TikTok Shop comes from POP MART. Open the seller profile and confirm that the seller is POPMART US SHOP before paying. A third-party seller can use similar product photos or wording without being an authorized source.
3. POP MART’s official Amazon storefront
POP MART also operates an Amazon storefront under the POPMART brand. When shopping there, check two separate details:
What’s actually slowing this PC down?
Pick the symptom - the matching free tool is one click away.
- You reached the item through the official POPMART storefront.
- The product page identifies the official POP MART seller, rather than an unrelated marketplace merchant.
A generic Amazon search for “Labubu” does not establish authenticity. Amazon search results can include independent sellers, used items, resale listings, and products with different return policies.
4. The POP MART app, stores, and ROBOSHOP machines
POP MART identifies its official website, app, physical stores, and ROBOSHOP vending machines as official purchasing channels. For local inventory, use FIND A STORE on the POP MART U.S. website instead of relying on an unofficial store list.

How to get a better Labubu deal
Use the current member shipping threshold
As of the latest verified U.S. FAQ, logged-in members receive free shipping on eligible orders over $159. The threshold was reduced from $199 to $159 on May 26, 2026, at 18:15 Beijing Time. The calculation uses the eligible product subtotal and excludes shipping and taxes.
Guest checkout does not receive the member shipping rate. POP NOW orders have a separate U.S. free-shipping threshold of $29.

One-click scans. No signup required.
If you are already planning to buy several items, compare the cost of adding a wanted product with the shipping charge. Do not add an unwanted item merely to reach the threshold.
Collect points, but check the rules
POP MART says members earn one point for every dollar actually paid on eligible website and app purchases. Points expire after 365 days. Approved reviews can earn five points for text-only reviews or 10 points for text plus a photo, with a maximum of 10 review points per order.
These points are useful for repeat buyers, but they are not an instant discount at checkout. Check the current account and promotion terms before treating points as part of the price calculation.
Be cautious with coupon claims
There is no universal Labubu coupon code that should be treated as permanently valid. Promotions, coupons, and shipping offers change by campaign. Verify any code in the current U.S. checkout or on an official POP MART promotion page.

A reseller’s “sale” price is not automatically a bargain. Compare it with the current official price, seller identity, shipping cost, condition, and return policy. A very low price for a supposedly rare sealed Labubu is a warning sign, not proof of a deal.
Blind boxes, POP NOW, and what you actually receive
A standard blind box does not guarantee a particular character. Secret figures have stated probabilities that vary by series, and the buyer generally cannot request a specific figure from an individual blind-box purchase.
Buying several individual boxes also does not guarantee a complete series. POP MART may ship individual boxes or a whole set depending on stock, and separate single-box purchases are not guaranteed to contain every character. Duplicates are normal when buying individual boxes.
A duplicate inside a purchased whole set may qualify for after-sales support after verification. A duplicate from separate individual boxes normally is not an eligible return or exchange reason.

What POP NOW changes
POP NOW is POP MART’s online blind-box experience. It shows the digital result immediately after purchase, which can reduce the uncertainty of choosing a blind box. However, once the online box is opened, POP MART treats it as consumed and does not accept a return simply because you dislike the revealed character.
That makes POP NOW different from buying a sealed physical blind box. Use it when seeing the result immediately matters more than preserving the unopened item.

Shipping and order problems to expect
POP MART says U.S. orders are generally processed within two to three business days. Depending on inventory, an order may ship from the United States or China:
| Origin | Estimated delivery after processing |
|---|---|
| United States | 3–7 business days |
| China | 7–15 business days |
Possible carriers include UPS, USPS, 4PX, and DHL. One order can be split into multiple shipments, so check for more than one tracking number.

For an official POP MART purchase, keep the receipt and packaging. For a resale or marketplace purchase, inspect the box before discarding it:
- Locate the holographic label on the box.
- Scratch off the coating to reveal the verification code.
- Go to POP MART’s official verification page.
- Select QR Verify.
- Enter the code and select Verify.
A result such as “QR code scan result is genuine – First scan” is straightforward. Results stating that the code is genuine but has been scanned multiple times, or has exceeded its scan limit, do not automatically prove the doll is fake; they mean the code has already been used repeatedly. Treat an unexpected result as a reason to contact POP MART and investigate the seller, not as a guarantee of authenticity.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission issued a Labubu counterfeit warning on August 18, 2025. It identified an authentic-product holographic POP MART sticker, a scannable code leading to POP MART’s site, and, on newer editions, a UV stamp on one foot as useful indicators. Counterfeit toys may also create safety risks, including problems with small parts.

Returns, defects, and damaged deliveries
For official POP MART U.S. online orders, report eligible problems within 15 days of delivery. Keep the order number or receipt, and be prepared to provide photos or an unpacking video. Severe damage to the shipping box should be reported within 72 hours with photos or video.
Changing your mind about a blind-box character is generally not a valid return reason. The same applies when an individual blind-box purchase produces a duplicate. Purchases from third-party marketplaces normally must be handled through the original seller or the platform where the transaction took place.
Quick checklist before paying
- Confirm that the website domain is popmart.com, not a lookalike domain.
- On TikTok Shop, confirm the seller is POPMART US SHOP.
- On Amazon, enter through the official POPMART storefront and verify the seller on the product page.
- Compare the price with POP MART’s current listing.
- Be suspicious of implausibly cheap rare or sealed items.
- Ask for clear packaging photos when buying from a reseller.
- Check for the holographic label and verification code.
- Read the actual return and after-sales policy for that seller and platform.
- Record an unpacking video for an expensive order or a parcel showing damage.
FAQ
What is the safest place to buy a Labubu online?
POP MART’s official U.S. website and app are the most direct choices. POP MART’s official TikTok storefront, POPMART US SHOP, and its official Amazon storefront are also options, provided you verify the seller identity on each platform.
Does buying several Labubu blind boxes guarantee a complete set?
No. Separate individual boxes can contain duplicates and are not guaranteed to include every character. A whole-set purchase has different terms, and a duplicate within a verified whole set may qualify for after-sales support.
How can I verify a Labubu is genuine?
Find the holographic label on the packaging, reveal the verification code, then use POP MART’s official verification page and select QR Verify. Also check the seller, packaging, receipt, and—on newer editions—the possible UV stamp on one foot.
Can I return a Labubu because I dislike the character I got?
Usually not. POP MART generally does not accept returns merely because a buyer dislikes a blind-box reveal or changes their mind. Eligible defects and shipping damage must be reported within the applicable time limits.
What is the current free-shipping threshold at POP MART U.S.?
The latest verified U.S. FAQ says logged-in members receive free shipping on eligible orders over $159. POP NOW has a separate $29 U.S. threshold. Promotions and policies can change, so confirm the amount at checkout.
The Bottom Line
For an authentic Labubu, begin with POP MART’s U.S. website, app, official TikTok Shop, or official Amazon storefront. Verify the seller instead of trusting a marketplace logo, and treat unusually cheap “rare” dolls with caution. Before ordering, account for blind-box duplicates, POP NOW’s no-regret return rule, split shipments, and the short reporting windows for defects or damage.
