The best-supported current picture is split: Paul Teutul Sr. remains linked to Orange County Choppers (OCC) in Florida, Paul Teutul Jr. runs the separate Paul Jr. Designs, and Mikey Teutul is reported to be making creative work and appearing in a newer OCC series. Other familiar builders have moved into different work—or have no reliably documented current role.
Who counts as the American Chopper cast?
There is no fixed official roster of the “original cast” established in the sources cited here. This update covers the Teutul family leads—Paul Sr., Paul Jr. and Mikey—and early recurring OCC builders Vinnie DiMartino, Rick Petko, Cody Connelly and Jason Pohl. The series followed OCC and later the competing Paul Jr. Designs crew, according to Pilgrim Media Group’s series page.

Where are the cast members now?
Paul Teutul Sr.
A September 30, 2026 report says Paul Sr. continues building motorcycles in Florida and places OCC in Pinellas Park. It also reports that Orange County Choppers Original has aired in the United States since February 2026. These details come from secondary reporting, not an official network schedule; they establish neither a future renewal nor the return of the entire original crew. Paul Teutul Jr.
Paul Jr. continues to operate Paul Jr. Designs, a design practice whose work extends beyond custom motorcycles, according to an August 11, 2026 cast update. His business is separate from OCC. Mikey Teutul
The September 2026 report says Mikey paints, makes music and films, and returned for the 2026 OCC series. Pilgrim Media Group’s biography documents his earlier time at OCC and an art gallery, but those older details should not be mistaken for a current job description. Vinnie DiMartino
CarCody describes Vinnie’s post-show focus as vehicle repair, including service for automobiles, trucks and fleets, alongside a separate customized-vehicle and apparel venture. The same update recounts his earlier OCC tenure, V-Force Customs venture with Cody, and return to television; those belong to his career history, not necessarily his current job. Jason Pohl

American Chopper made the Teutuls and OCC’s custom-bike work its center, then followed the competing Paul Jr. Designs crew, as Pilgrim Media Group’s description summarizes. The newer series reported in 2026 brings Paul Sr. and some original crew members back into view, but the available reporting does not say that every familiar builder returned.
