Taylor Swift is most often associated with homes in Nashville, New York City’s Tribeca neighborhood, Beverly Hills, and Watch Hill, Rhode Island. There is no confirmed public ledger of her properties: published counts vary depending on whether they include multiple units in one building, homes she has sold, or a place she rented. A recent Ohio mansion report describes a purchase by Swift and Travis Kelce together, not a verified Taylor-only holding.
Where does Taylor Swift live?
Public coverage identifies Nashville, Tribeca in Manhattan, Beverly Hills, and Watch Hill in Rhode Island as the core locations in Swift’s reported real-estate portfolio. That does not establish where she spends most of her time or provide a complete record of current ownership. The available accounts mix separate residences, former homes, and a temporary rental.

Her Watch Hill estate, commonly called High Watch or “Holiday House,” remains closely associated with her. In June 2026, the Associated Press covered the property in the context of its privacy and trespassing issues. Its setting and general region are public; private street addresses and access details are not necessary to answer where she has homes.
How many homes does Taylor Swift have?
No single count is reliable without defining what qualifies as a home. Some roundups count several New York units separately; others group them together. Historical lists may also include properties Swift later sold and the Cornelia Street house she rented. The portfolio is best understood as a reported, changing collection rather than a definitive tally of individually owned properties.

The timeline below separates reported holdings from former homes, a rental, an unconfirmed rumor, and a jointly reported purchase. Purchase prices are historical transaction reports—not current appraisals.
Reported properties by location
| Location and property | Reported acquisition and price | Reported details | Status and source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nashville, Tennessee — Music Row penthouse and another unit | 2009; The Standard reports $1.99 million for the penthouse and $387,000 for a subsequent one-bedroom unit. | The Standard describes the main penthouse as three bedrooms and 4,000 square feet. Realtor.com describes a three-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom residence of more than 3,500 square feet, purchased for about $2 million. | Reported Nashville property. Accounts differ on size and unit details; see Realtor.com and The Standard. |
| Forest Hills, Nashville — family home | 2011; reported at about $2.5 million. | A Greek Revival or Greek Revival-style home bought for Swift’s family. The Standard reports 7,700 square feet; other published descriptions give different measurements and features. | Reported family property; measurements are not reconciled across sources. Immobiliare.it and The Standard. |
| Watch Hill, Westerly, Rhode Island — High Watch / “Holiday House” | 2013; reported purchase price of $17.75 million. | Coastal estate with acreage, a private shore or beach, and a pool; formerly associated with socialite and composer Rebekah Harkness. Realtor.com reported a 2024 plan for a renovation and 400-square-foot extension, based on records obtained by Us Weekly; completion is not established here. | Current association confirmed in AP’s June 2026 on-location coverage; the reported purchase price appears in Realtor.com and Immobiliare.it. |
| Tribeca, New York City — penthouses and adjacent townhouse | 2014–2017. Realtor.com reports two penthouses bought in 2014 for $14.85 million and $5.1 million, a third unit for $9.75 million, and a townhouse bought in 2017 for $18 million. | The first two penthouses were later combined; the third unit is in the same building. The Standard reports a different combined initial figure and differing layout dimensions. | Reported New York holdings. Figures in this table follow Realtor.com’s account and should not be combined with conflicting totals from another publication. Realtor.com; The Standard. |
| West Village, New York — Cornelia Street carriage house | Rented in 2016–2017; Realtor.com reports rent of $36,000 per month. | Used temporarily while the Tribeca property underwent renovation. | Rental, not an owned home. Realtor.com. |
| Beverly Hills, California — Samuel Goldwyn estate | 2015; Realtor.com reports a $25 million purchase. | Historic home associated with film producer Samuel Goldwyn, on roughly two acres, with a tennis court, pool house, and rose garden. The Standard reports a slightly different purchase price and size. | Major reported holding; historical purchase price, not a current valuation. Realtor.com; The Standard. |
| Beverly Hills — Pillsbury Estate bungalow | Purchased in 2011; no price stated in the cited coverage. | Three-bedroom 1940s bungalow. Homes & Gardens’ October 2, 2026 account frames it as a former home and describes it as a West Coast base around the Speak Now period. | Former property, not a confirmed current holding. Homes & Gardens. |
| Cape Cod, Massachusetts — cottage | 2012; The Standard reports a $5 million purchase and resale for $5.675 million within months. | A subsequent owner later listed it for $14.5 million; that was an asking price, not a reported sale price. | Former property. The Standard. |
| Bratenahl, Ohio — mansion | Reported purchase in 2026 for about $5.3 million. | Axios Cleveland describes a restored 21,000-square-foot mansion on 3.5 lakefront acres. The listing agents described it as “Gilded Age grandeur with modern luxury”; that is marketing language, not an independent appraisal. | Reported as a Swift-and-Travis Kelce couple purchase; individual title is not established in the report, so it is not counted as a confirmed Taylor-only home. Axios Cleveland. |
What about a London home?
London should not be included as a confirmed property. Immobiliare.it wrote in September 2025 that British press had reported a possible purchase around £10 million in December 2023, but said there had been no official confirmation or comment from Swift or her team by publication. That leaves the claim unconfirmed, not an established portfolio entry. Immobiliare.it.

What is Taylor Swift’s real-estate portfolio worth?
Media estimates vary widely. Immobiliare.it put the portfolio at about $150 million in 2025; other coverage has cited figures from about $100 million to at least $157 million. The reviewed accounts do not provide a shared valuation method or an independently appraised total. These figures should therefore be described as estimates, not as an audited value or a current market appraisal.
Keep three different figures separate: a reported purchase price describes a past transaction; an asking price is what a seller sought; and an estimated portfolio value is a media calculation. For example, the later $14.5 million Cape Cod figure was a listing by a subsequent owner, not evidence that Swift sold the cottage for that amount.
