Former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders have taken many different paths: alumni have performed on Broadway and with the Radio City Rockettes, coached dance teams, owned businesses, worked in media, and joined the Cowboys organization in other roles. There is no public, comprehensive roster showing where every former member lives or works today. A recent example is Reece Weaver, who said in a June 2026 interview that she had retired after three seasons and moved to Alabama.
Where are former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders now?
They are part of a large, varied alumni community—not a group with one shared career destination. The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders’ alumni page, accessed in 2026, says nearly 900 women have worn the uniform since the team’s 1961 debut. It describes alumni performing, coaching, running businesses, creating content, working in media, and serving in Cowboys leadership.
The page also reports that 250 alumni from seven decades participated in the annual Alumni Homecoming Halftime Performance, that alumni represent six countries, that 27 have held additional positions within the Cowboys organization, and that alumni own seven dance studios offering Junior DCC programs. These are organization-published figures; the page does not date the participation, country, organizational-role, or studio counts. They show the breadth of the network, not the current job or location of every former cheerleader.
Recent update: Reece Weaver
In a Netflix Tudum interview published June 19, 2026, Weaver said she had retired after three seasons with the DCC. She and her husband had moved to Alabama. At the time of the interview, she was working on a book and hoped to return to dance and musical theater. Weaver described the book as something she was “super-excited about.” These are her reported circumstances and plans as of the interview, not a guarantee of what she is doing now.

Alumni profiles and career milestones
Marion Napoleon: a dated career snapshot
A 2012 Cowboys profile says Napoleon cheered during the 1986–1987 season and describes her then as a certified life coach, author, Christian motivational speaker, vocal coach, and realtor. The profile also recounts her earlier work in information systems management before relocating for a corporate career. Those labels describe the profile’s account at that time; they do not establish her present-day occupations.
Ally Traylor: documented DCC service
In a 2012 farewell, Traylor said she joined the squad in 2007 and served five seasons, appearing at 53 games. She also recounted being selected as the 20th DCC Pro Bowl cheerleader and taking part in four USO tours. The farewell documents her cheerleading career and departure; it does not report her current occupation.

Suzanne Mitchell’s place in DCC history
Mitchell directed the DCC from 1976 through 1989 and died in 2016, aged 73, according to a Dallas Cowboys remembrance published September 29, 2016. The article reports that she began annual visits to military installations in 1979. Cowboys executive Charlotte Anderson called Mitchell “a pioneer in the world of professional sports as it pertained to cheerleaders and entertainment.” Mitchell is a historical figure, not a living alum in a current whereabouts update.
Why viewers look for cast updates
The Cowboys and DCC announced Netflix’s America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders on April 18, 2024. Its announced seven-episode season followed the 2023–24 squad from auditions through the NFL season. In the announcement, director and executive producer Greg Whiteley said that getting the access and creative freedom needed for the series was difficult, especially with a brand as large as the Dallas Cowboys. The series helps explain interest in individual updates, but its participants should not be treated as representative of all former cheerleaders.

What can—and cannot—be established about alumni today
The official alumni page and dated interviews and profiles provide examples, not a census. They establish that former DCCs have pursued varied work and that some remain connected to the organization. They do not establish a complete list of alumni’s current jobs or home locations. In particular, an older profile’s present-tense description should be read as a snapshot from its publication date, not as confirmation of a current role.
