Why was there a break in the Season 2 schedule?
The first eight episodes aired weekly from October 13 through December 1, 2024. The series then returned with Episode 9, “The Disciple,” on February 16, 2025. The gap was therefore part of the season’s broadcast schedule, not evidence that the series had ended after eight episodes.
After its February return, the season continued through May, with further scheduling interruptions. The CBS episode guide remains the most reliable reference for the completed U.S. run, while a streaming service may display episodes in a different interface or release pattern.

What is Tracker Season 2 about?
The series follows Colter Shaw, a lone-wolf rewardist who uses survival skills, observation, and investigative instincts to locate missing people. Season 2 combines mostly self-contained searches with continuing storylines involving Colter, his brother Russell, attorney Reenie Greene, and fellow rewardist Billie Matalon.
The cases range from missing families and teenagers to a vanished singer, a stolen dog, prison fugitives, and disappearances in wilderness settings.
