When does The Chosen Season 6 come out?
Season 6 begins streaming on November 15, 2026, on Prime Video. The announced rollout calls for three episodes on the premiere date, then one new episode weekly through December 6.
That schedule indicates a six-episode streaming run: three episodes on November 15, followed by weekly episodes on November 22, November 29, and December 6. The streaming premiere date should not be confused with the release of the entire conclusion. The final chapter is being handled separately as a theatrical event in spring 2027.

What will Season 6 be about?
The official synopsis places Season 6 during the final day of Jesus’ life. The season will approach those events through the viewpoints of people who love Jesus as well as those who condemn him, including his followers, Pharisees, and Romans.
The announced story is intended to build toward the cross. The crucifixion conclusion, however, is planned for the separate theatrical finale rather than being presented as though the entire ending arrives with the November streaming premiere.

At this stage, there is no confirmed complete episode-title list, final runtime information, or additional plot detail in the official material reviewed. Claims about specific scenes, episode lengths, or unannounced story developments should therefore be treated cautiously.
Where can you watch The Chosen before Season 6?
The official The Chosen site recommends catching up on Seasons 1–5 before Season 6. The main options identified are Prime Video, the official Chosen app, and physical DVD or Blu-ray editions.
For the most direct streaming route, you can watch The Chosen on Prime Video, where the series’ earlier seasons are listed and Season 6 is scheduled to premiere. Streaming catalogs are not universal: access may vary by country or territory, account status, subscription terms, and the date you check the listing. Prime Video access, pricing, trials, and availability should not be assumed to be identical for every viewer.
Rank #3
The official Chosen app is another catch-up option. If you prefer to own the episodes or watch without depending on an active streaming catalog, the official store also lists DVD and Blu-ray releases.
Best physical way to catch up: Seasons 1–5
For viewers who want the complete existing story in one physical collection, the The Chosen Seasons 1–5 DVD bundle is the most relevant catch-up product. The official store lists a Seasons 1–5 bundle as well as individual season discs and other physical editions.
A physical collection may be useful if you have unreliable internet access, want to watch with a group, prefer a permanent collection, or do not want to depend on whether a streaming listing remains available in your territory. Check the format, seller, price, stock, region compatibility, and return terms before buying; those details can change, particularly on third-party marketplaces.
Optional companion resource for study groups
Viewers interested in discussion or devotional use may also want The Chosen Season 5 Bible Study Guide: The Stronghold of the Chosen. The official product description presents it as an eight-lesson paperback study that follows Season 5’s episodes.
This is a companion resource rather than a way to watch Season 6, so it makes more sense for viewers who want to revisit Season 5 in a group or study setting than for someone simply looking for the premiere.

What is still unknown about the Season 6 finale?
The exact theatrical release date has not been announced in the official sources reviewed. The confirmed wording is “spring 2027.” It would be premature to assign the finale a specific weekend, holiday, Easter date, or theater schedule.

Other details that remain open include:
- the exact theatrical release date;
- which theaters or territories will participate;
- final episode runtimes;
- a complete list of episode titles;
- all regional Prime Video launch details; and
- when or where the theatrical finale might eventually become available for streaming.
Because the finale is a separate theatrical release, viewers should not assume that it will be available on Prime Video at the same time as the streaming episodes—or that its eventual streaming home has already been confirmed.
