What is the story of Part 4?
Netflix’s official synopsis places the story four years after Part 3. Assane is in prison and intends to serve his sentence when a copycat using the Lupin name carries out simultaneous museum robberies and frames him. To prove he is innocent and find the person behind the crimes, Assane has to escape and take up the Lupin role again.
Where Part 3 left Assane
In Netflix’s recap, Assane stole the Black Pearl, faked his death, saved his mother and ultimately turned himself in to protect his family. Part 4 begins with him behind bars, before the copycat robberies pull him back into a new investigation.
