Sivan reportedly responded on TikTok the next day, but the available reporting does not establish that the clip is currently viral or provide a verified view count.
What happens in the SNL sketch?
The sketch turns sleep paralysis into a comic encounter with Troye Sivan. Sarah Sherman plays Kayla, a patient experiencing hallucinations; Bowen Yang appears as Dr. Yee. Chalamet and Boygenius show up as versions of Sivan, drawing on the singer’s look and choreography in the music video for “Got Me Started.”

The sketch aired during Chalamet’s November 11, 2023 episode, with Boygenius as musical guest. Peacock’s listing identifies it as Season 49, Episode 4.
