What happened during Kiana James’s Elimination Chamber match?
Wrestlezone reported on March 2 that the apparent issue occurred during an exchange between James and Tiffany Stratton at the 2026 Women’s Elimination Chamber match at Chicago’s United Center. Us Weekly and a People report republished by Yahoo Sports also described a wardrobe issue during the February 28 match. Those accounts rely on secondary reporting, and some details were attributed to viewer commentary; they do not independently verify precisely what happened.
How did the match end?
Wrestlezone and the People report said James was eliminated by Raquel Rodriguez. The People report also identified Rhea Ripley as the match winner. These reports agree on the event date and James’s reported elimination.
Has WWE or Kiana James commented?
The People report said WWE had not immediately responded to its request for comment as of March 1, 2026. That describes the status of that inquiry on that date; it does not establish whether WWE responded later. The available reports do not provide a direct statement from James about the incident or an official WWE account confirming its details.
