Tom Brady said he has little time for a personal life or for himself, but loves working and his children. He did not mention Alix Earle or confirm a relationship in the remarks. Earle later acknowledged the rumors on her Netflix series, but also did not say they were dating.
What did Tom Brady say about his personal life?
At a Fanatics Studios launch party in Los Angeles on January 13, 2026, Brady told PEOPLE: “You know what? I don’t have much time for a personal life or much time for myself, but I love working and I love my kids.” He also said he liked being busy and staying fulfilled through his work, including projects and teams doing positive things. iHeart reported the interview on January 15.
The comments were general reflections on his schedule, work, and children. The reported exchange does not say Brady was asked directly about Earle, and he did not name her.
Did Alix Earle confirm she was dating Tom Brady?
No. In the second episode of Earle Meets World, Earle discussed her dating life with Jenna Johnson, a professional dancer on Dancing with the Stars. Earle said she was “having fun.” When Johnson asked whether that confirmed the rumors, Earle again said she was just having fun. Johnson joked, “Then you were like, ‘Tom, come over, cutie.’” The exchange recognizes the speculation but does not confirm a relationship, according to TV Insider’s September 4 report.

In a separate Netflix interview reported September 6, Earle described her status as “not necessarily” seeing anyone and said she was living her life. That statement also did not confirm that she and Brady were dating. Just Jared reported the interview.
How the rumors developed
- December 2025: Earle and Houston Texans player Braxton Berrios ended their relationship after about two years. Earle had said long distance was difficult and that part of her wanted to focus on herself. TV Insider reported the breakup context.
- New Year’s Eve 2025–26: Videos showed Earle and Brady talking closely at a party in St. Barts, prompting speculation. Accounts of the encounter differed: iHeart noted that TMZ reported they had not hooked up and it was their first meeting, while a Page Six source said they talked for much of the night. iHeart summarized those accounts.
- January 13–15, 2026: Brady made his comments about work, his children, and limited personal time at the Los Angeles event; iHeart published them two days later.
- February 2026: The two were reported seen together at a Super Bowl-weekend party. Later coverage attributed a “hooking up” claim to an anonymous People source. That is source-based reporting, not a public confirmation from either Brady or Earle. Complex covered the differing accounts.
- September 4–6, 2026: Earle addressed the speculation on her show and in a Netflix interview, without confirming a relationship with Brady. TV Insider and Just Jared reported her comments.
What is confirmed—and what remains rumor?
The clearest distinction is between what the two said themselves, what was seen publicly, and what anonymous sources reportedly claimed:

- Direct statements: Brady spoke generally about work, his children, and limited personal time. Earle said she was having fun and described herself as “not necessarily” seeing anyone. Neither statement confirms they were dating.
- Public sightings: Reports and video of encounters in St. Barts and at a Super Bowl-weekend party helped fuel speculation, but a sighting alone does not establish a relationship.
- Anonymous-source claims: Later reporting described an anonymous source as saying they were hooking up. Neither person publicly confirmed that claim in the cited coverage.
Ages reported alongside the rumors are time-specific rather than permanent descriptors: TV Insider gave Earle as 25 and Brady as 48 in its account of the New Year’s Eve sighting; a September report referred to Brady as 49. TV Insider’s report and Just Jared’s September report reflect those different reporting dates.
