The 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival runs August 27 through November 21, 2026. Most of the food is sold at festival-exclusive kiosks called Global Marketplaces, spread across World Showcase and other parts of EPCOT. The best starting points depend on what you want: savory snacks, seafood, regional dishes from World Showcase pavilions, or sweets and drinks. Valid EPCOT admission includes the festival, though some admission types may also require a theme park reservation.
How the festival food is organized
Disney describes Global Marketplaces as kiosks that serve cuisine inspired by countries and cultures around the world. Their offerings span the World Showcase pavilions and several other EPCOT locations, so a single food route can take you across the park. Disney’s official Global Marketplaces page states that “menu items, pricing and hours are subject to change without notice.” The stops below are examples from Disney’s listing as checked on October 8, 2026, not a guaranteed menu for your visit.
Savory stops to start with
If you want something to eat before you commit to a full meal, these festival kiosks are the most frequently named in Disney’s listing.
Gyozas of the Galaxy
This stop focuses on dumplings. Disney’s listing illustrates an edamame dumpling dish with butternut squash purée, caramelized onions, sage, and garlic aillade, which gives a good sense of the kind of herb-and-vegetable dumplings to expect.

Flavors from Fire
Flavors from Fire offers campfire-inspired fare. It suits guests who want something hearty and smoky rather than a light snack.
The Fry Basket
The Fry Basket specializes in seasoned fries, making it one of the simplest options for a quick bite while you walk between pavilions.
Coastal Eats
Coastal Eats is described as a seafood stop. Disney’s listing illustrates a crab cake topped with tropical fruit chutney, mustard sauce, and micro celery. It is the best-defined seafood option in the official overview.
Seasonal fall stops: Forest & Field, Milled & Mulled, and Bramblewood Bites
Disney presents these three as seasonal stops built around autumn ingredients, fall flavors, and garden-fresh produce. They are most relevant if you are visiting in the cooler months of the festival, when the autumn menu is the focus. The overview does not list individual dishes for each one, so check the current marketplace menu before you plan around a specific item.

Disney’s overview names specific dishes for several World Showcase pavilions. The table below lists what is named; it does not rank the dishes against one another.
| Pavilion | Dishes named in Disney’s overview |
|---|---|
| Mexico | Tostadas and tacos |
| China | Dumplings and bao buns |
| Spain | Paella and croquetas |
| The Alps | Raclette and Alpine favorites |
| Germany | Bavarian bites |
| Belgium | Waffles and braised beef |
| Brazil | Pão de queijo |
| Australia, India, Japan, Greece, Morocco, France, Canada | Dishes are listed, but Disney’s overview does not name specific items for these pavilions |
For the pavilions without named items, the marketplace listing is the place to see what is actually being served that year.
Drinks and sweets
Drinks and desserts are spread across several kiosks, and some are tied to specific locations while others are available year-round.
Shimmering Sips
Shimmering Sips is listed for desserts and sparkling mimosas, which makes it the most direct stop for a celebratory drink with something sweet.

Rank #3
Swirled Showcase
Swirled Showcase serves frozen treats and chilled beverages, a practical choice on warm afternoons.
Hawai’i
The Hawai’i stop features tropical flavors, which pairs naturally with the frozen and fruit-based drinks elsewhere in the festival.
Year-round locations
Disney’s overview also lists festival items at year-round locations, including a spicy strawberry-mango smoothie, cold brew variations, and specialty cocktails. These are a useful option if you want a drink that is not tied to a single kiosk.
Sweets from the listing
Disney’s listing illustrates a smoked chocolate bread pudding with chocolate ganache and vanilla-bean bourbon sauce. The overview does not state which kiosk serves it, so confirm the location on the current listing.
Other locations with festival offerings
Disney also lists festival offerings at Brew-Wing Lab at the Odyssey, Connections Eatery, Connections Café, and several Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company locations. These are useful if you are already in a quick-service area and want to add a festival item without walking to a Global Marketplace.
How to choose your stops
There is no single best item in the official listing, so it helps to decide what you are optimizing for:
- Savory or sweet: Dumplings, fries, and seafood lead the savory side; desserts and frozen drinks lead the sweet side.
- Food or beverage: Shimmering Sips and Swirled Showcase are strong for drinks, while the regional pavilions are built around plates.
- Familiar or adventurous: Fries and tacos are approachable; raclette, bao buns, and pão de queijo may be new to some guests.
- Route: Pick a sequence of stops that follows World Showcase in one direction rather than crossing back and forth.
Dietary needs and alcohol
Allergy-friendly requests
Disney says allergy-friendly menus are available. To make a request:
- Speak with a Cast Member at the location where you plan to order.
- Describe the allergy or dietary need before you order, so the Cast Member can check the preparation.
Disney says it takes steps to reduce cross-contact but cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens, and the final decision rests with the guest. Do not treat a menu label alone as confirmation that an item is safe for your allergy.
