Jenn said she did not think the change involved intentional manipulation. Instead, she suggested that Kody’s closeness with Robyn made Robyn a new insider in his life, leaving the others on the outside. Meri agreed with Jenn’s interpretation. How Meri and Robyn described the relationship differently

In E!’s recap of the April 20, 2025 episode, Meri described feeling ignored and excluded, including during the COVID period. She said she could not visit Robyn’s home despite taking precautions. Robyn gave a different account: she said that five children were at home, online schooling made schedules difficult, and the relationship changed after Meri moved.

Robyn said, “I never felt a divide other than when she moved. That was when things changed.” She also recalled inviting Meri to meet.
