MAMAMOO’s Solar shared a day of meals and exercise during a weight-management period in a July 2021 Solarsido video. The schedule reported from that video included several meals and snacks, three hours of exercise, and a two-hour dog walk—but Solar said she did not eat exactly that way every day. It is a dated snapshot, not a current routine or a plan for viewers to follow.
What did Solar eat in the video?
A Newsen report published via Daum on July 7, 2021, described the food shown in Solar’s video. After waking, she ate half an apple. A later meal included beef, kimchi, protein almond milk, leafy greens, and raw carrot. The report said she took several supplements with 500 ml of water.
Her lunch included 100 g of sweet pumpkin, greens, boiled squid, and tofu. Later, she ate boiled eggs and carrot, followed by Greek yogurt with blueberries and another protein drink. The coverage describes varied foods across the day rather than one repeated meal.
Newsen’s report via Daum quotes Solar saying, “I don’t eat like this every day. Generally, I eat like this. If I eat only one thing, I get tired of it, so I try to make it fun.” That is the outlet’s English translation of her remarks in the video.

How much exercise did the day include?
According to the same report, Solar exercised at home, drank a protein shake after two hours, then continued with abdominal and aerobic exercise, reaching three hours of exercise in total. She later walked her dog for two hours. These are the reported activities on the filmed day; the account does not establish that she followed this schedule regularly.
What was the protein powder shown?
A July 6, 2021 Koreaboo summary identifies the shake powder as BSN SYNTHA-6 Ultra-Premium Protein Matrix powder. Its appearance in coverage of one video does not establish an endorsement or show that Solar uses it now.

Why the date matters
In a March 17, 2022 interview with Ilgan Sports, Solar said she had regained about 9–10 kg after a body-profile photoshoot and described starting to manage her routine again. That later account is a reminder not to treat a photoshoot-preparation period as her permanent lifestyle. Ilgan Sports interview

The available accounts document what entertainment outlets reported from a video and a later interview; they are not a clinical nutrition assessment or evidence that this schedule is safe or effective for other people.
