Why did Culkin call O’Hara “Mama”?
O’Hara played Kate McCallister, the mother of Culkin’s Kevin McCallister, in Home Alone (1990) and Home Alone 2: Lost in New York (1992). “Mama” was the affectionate language Culkin used for his former co-star and on-screen mother, not a claim that she was his biological mother.
