Kenya Moore reportedly said she found it “odd” to be absent from both the confessionals and opening credits of The Real Housewives of Atlanta (RHOA). The remark comes from a Reddit user’s recap of a 2025 confessional, not a verified transcript. The available reporting does not establish why the show’s editors left her out.

Why was Moore absent from RHOA Season 16?
The credits comment sits in the context of Moore’s departure before Season 16. On June 25, 2024, ET reported that she would not return after a suspension tied to a reported incident involving newcomer Brittany Eady. ET quoted a source saying Moore decided leaving was best after considering how she felt the incident had been handled and how she had been treated. What did Moore later say about the photo incident?
In an interview that aired on Tamron Hall on November 14, 2024, Moore apologized for her actions, according to TVLine. She said, “I believe the photos were very distasteful, and I elevated the situation,” then added, “I am sorry for what I’ve done. I didn’t have to take it that far.” TVLine’s report on the apology.
Has production explained why she was left out?
The available reports do not include a production-side explanation for Moore’s absence from the opening credits or confessionals. Her reported remark establishes her complaint, not the reason behind the editorial decision.
