Netflix House is Netflix’s permanent, year-round fan destination, where visitors can play, eat, shop, and take part in immersive experiences built around Netflix shows and films. Two venues opened in 2025: Netflix House Dallas at Galleria Dallas in Texas, and Netflix House Philadelphia at King of Prussia in Pennsylvania. Entry to explore is free, but some games, activities, and immersive experiences cost extra.
What Netflix House is
Netflix House is a venue concept, not a traveling attraction. Each location is designed to let people experience Netflix properties in person, with physical spaces, food, retail, and photo opportunities organized around the company’s stories. Netflix describes the venues as permanent and open all year.

Netflix’s Chief Marketing Officer, Marian Lee, framed the idea in the company’s December 10, 2024 announcement: “Our shows and films have incredible fanbases, and when our audiences fall in love with a story, they don’t just want to watch it, they want to live it.” That same announcement named Mastercard the official cornerstone and preferred payment partner for the venues. It is a dated partnership announcement about the 2025 openings, not confirmation that any particular offer is active today.
The two locations
As of Netflix’s 2025 opening announcements, the two venues are the only Netflix Houses the company has named. The table compares what those announcements state. Where a detail was not stated, the cell says so rather than filling it in.

Netflix House Dallas at Galleria Dallas
The Dallas venue fills more than 100,000 square feet inside Galleria Dallas. Netflix describes it as a place to explore, eat, play, and shop around its stories, with photo opportunities and merchandise sold only at that location.
Netflix House Philadelphia at King of Prussia
The Philadelphia venue sits in King of Prussia, a Simon mall, so visitors should plan for a suburban shopping-center trip rather than a downtown visit. Netflix’s description covers experiences, screenings, themed food and drinks, a shop, and Philadelphia-exclusive merchandise. At the grand opening, Netflix co-CEO Ted Sarandos said: “This big red envelope is symbolic of what we used to do years ago, which was mail DVDs around the United States.” Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro called it “the first-ever Netflix House in King of Prussia,” adding that residents and visitors “can experience their favorite shows and movies in real life.” Both remarks come from Netflix’s November 13, 2025 announcement.

Free entry and paid activities
Free entry does not mean everything is included. At the Dallas venue, Netflix describes both complimentary and paid games, activities, and immersive experiences. Expect to pay for some items on top of admission. Netflix’s announcements do not establish the current prices of those paid items.
- Free: entry to explore the venue, its public spaces, and its photo opportunities, according to Netflix’s Dallas description.
- Paid: some games, activities, and immersive experiences at Dallas. The Philadelphia descriptions do not specify which experiences are paid.
- Not established: current ticket prices, hours, reservation rules, and per-experience costs for either venue.
Food, shops, and location-exclusive merchandise
Food and retail are part of the format at both venues. Dallas has a restaurant. Philadelphia offers themed food and drinks. Both have shops that sell merchandise Netflix describes as exclusive to that location, so a Dallas item is not available in King of Prussia, and the reverse is also true. Netflix’s announcements do not state whether that merchandise is sold online.

Lineups change over time
The experiences at each venue are not fixed. Netflix announced a Stranger Things immersive experience for Philadelphia after that venue had already opened. Any single attraction you read about may have been added, changed, or removed since its announcement, so check the current lineup before planning a visit around it.
Staffing figures from the opening announcements
Netflix reported staffing and employment figures when it announced each venue. These are company-reported numbers from opening announcements, not independent measurements, and they are not current.

- Dallas: about 270 local residents worked on the development and construction of the space, and nearly 300 people were working at the location when Netflix announced it in December 2025.
- Philadelphia: about 260 local residents worked on the development and construction of the space, and Netflix said more people were working there at opening (Netflix, November 2025).
Before you visit
Netflix’s 2025 announcements establish what each venue is and what kinds of experiences it offers. They do not establish current operating details, so confirm these items on Netflix’s official Netflix House location pages and ticketing pages before you go:
- Confirm the venue’s current opening hours and any days it is closed.
- Check whether a reservation or timed entry is required for the experience you want.
- Look up the current price of each paid game, activity, or immersive experience.
- Check the current experience lineup, since individual attractions can change after launch.
- Check the venue shop’s current stock if you want a specific location-exclusive item.
Netflix House suits visitors who want to spend time physically inside Netflix stories, whether that means eating at the restaurant, buying a location-exclusive item, or joining a paid activity. If you are only passing through, free entry is the cheapest way to see the space, but budget separately for anything you want to play or join.
