This time, temporary worker Anthony believes he has joined a real retreat at a family-owned hot sauce business. Ronald Gladden, the unsuspecting participant in the original season, is not the subject of the new setup; he returns for reunion material.
What is Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat about?
The series stages a workplace retreat as though it were an ordinary corporate gathering, while one participant is unaware that the situation and the people around him are part of a comedy production. That participant is Anthony, a temporary worker who believes he is attending a real offsite at a family-owned hot sauce company. Amazon describes it as a new installment that trades the courtroom for the conference room: About Amazon’s Company Retreat guide.

The central joke depends on the contrast between Anthony’s sincere reactions and the increasingly unusual behavior of his supposed coworkers. Like the first season, the show uses a documentary-style presentation, but the workplace setting gives the staged social world a different structure: coworkers and company culture replace jurors and courtroom procedure.
How does it connect to the original Jury Duty?
The original season followed Ronald Gladden, who believed he had been summoned for jury duty while the trial and the people around him were staged. Company Retreat carries over that broad hidden-camera premise, not Gladden’s story. It introduces Anthony as the new unwitting participant and shifts the setting from a jury trial to a corporate retreat. Amazon’s Jury Duty guide presents the two seasons as installments of the same series.

Does Ronald Gladden return?
Yes, but not as the person being fooled in Company Retreat. Amazon says Gladden appears in a bonus episode that brings him together with Anthony for a conversation. A separate bonus episode is a reunion with the Company Retreat cast, hosted by James Marsden. Amazon reported that both bonus reunion episodes arrived April 10; its announcement does not specify the year in that episode detail, so the date is best treated as the listed release date rather than a recurring schedule: About Amazon.
How many episodes are there, and where can you watch?
Amazon says all eight episodes of Company Retreat are streaming on Prime Video. The platform’s Jury Duty guide also says both seasons are available there and describes Prime Video as included with an Amazon Prime membership. Membership terms and catalog availability can vary by region and change over time.
