Premium includes downloads for eligible titles, but not every title is downloadable. The quoted plan prices are from AMC+ in 2026; the annual offer is a limited promotion, not the recurring annual rate.
What channels are on AMC Plus?
An official AMC+ partner landing page says the service includes six live TV channels. However, the official pages reviewed do not name all six, and AMC’s general FAQ does not provide a complete roster. If knowing the exact channel lineup is essential to your decision, confirm it with AMC+ or the subscription provider before signing up rather than assuming it matches a cable package. What shows are on AMC Plus?
The catalog includes series and films associated with AMC Networks brands, plus AMC+ originals and featured programming. Official AMC+ directory examples at the time reviewed included Dark Winds and Interview with the Vampire. Their official title pages listed four seasons of Dark Winds and two of Interview with the Vampire; availability can vary by territory and may change, so check the AMC+ catalog for the title and seasons you want.
AMC+ also features Walking Dead Universe titles, Anne Rice’s Immortal Universe programming, horror, thrillers, dramas, and movies. Treat those as examples of the service’s range, not a promise that every related title or season is included at all times.

Can I watch AMC Plus without cable?
Yes. AMC+ offers subscriptions directly and through Apple TV Channels, Amazon Prime Video Channels, and The Roku Channel; it is also available through some TV providers. You watch through the app, website, or TV menu associated with the route where you subscribed. AMC+’s FAQ puts it simply: “You watch where you subscribe.” A subscription purchased through Apple, Amazon, or Roku will not work in AMC’s own website or app, and billing and cancellation are handled by that provider. AMC lists Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Roku, Samsung, LG, Vizio, mobile devices, computers, and selected provider devices. Its support information also includes Android TV, Chromecast, Xumo, and Fire TV variants. Is AMC Plus worth it?
AMC+ is most likely to suit viewers who expect to watch its specific originals, films, horror and other genre programming, or selected content from its associated brands. It is less compelling if you are looking for a complete cable replacement, need a fully published roster of live channels, or expect access to every title and season from the related services.
To judge the cost, compare the plan you would actually use with your viewing habits. The $39.99 first-year Annual Premium offer can lower the initial cost for eligible U.S. direct subscribers, but that plan renews at the listed standard annual price for its next billing cycle. Also weigh Premium’s ad exclusions, whether your preferred titles and seasons are available in your territory, device compatibility, and the convenience of managing the subscription through the provider you choose. There is no sourced universal value score or controlled head-to-head comparison that makes AMC+ a fit for every viewer.
