What happened during the Shark Tank pitch?
Vibes appeared in Season 8, Episode 14, which aired January 27, 2017, according to the Shark Tank Blog episode recap. Mann sought $100,000 in exchange for 20% of the company. The recap describes the Sharks trying the earplugs during a loud brass-band demonstration and raising questions about educating customers, sales and venue distribution, and the price difference compared with foam earplugs.
Kevin O’Leary offered $100,000 for 35% of the company, plus $2 for each pair sold until he recovered his investment. Mann turned down the offer, so he left the Tank without a deal. These pitch details come from the independent Shark Tank Blog recap, not an official show transcript.
How did Vibes fare after the show?
The Shark Tank Blog reports that Vibes sold out its inventory after the episode and later resolved inventory problems. It also reports $2 million in sales in 2018 and $12 million in lifetime revenue as of August 2024. These are secondary-source figures, not audited disclosures or numbers confirmed directly by Vibes.

Vibes appears to remain active. A company tracker’s page, last updated March 4, 2026, labels it “In Business” and says it is still operating and serving customers. The company’s own site also currently lists its earplugs. Those pages indicate ongoing activity, but do not amount to direct confirmation from Vibes about its corporate status.
What does Vibes sell now?
Vibes’ official product page lists “Vibes Hi-Fidelity Earplugs with Plastic Pocket Case.” At the time the page was accessed, it displayed a price of $28.95 and described the earplugs for concerts, festivals, and motorsports. The listed package includes a compact plastic pocket case. Prices, stock, and retailer availability can change.
