Landon Clements left Southern Charm in 2017, after appearing in Seasons 2, 3, and 4. She said she was returning to California to focus on residential real estate. Since then, Bravo has reported on her real-estate and design work, several business and writing projects, and a brief 2026 appearance on Southern Hospitality.
Why did Landon Clements leave Southern Charm?
In September 2017, Clements announced she would not return for the next season. She said she was excited for a new chapter and planned to pursue residential real estate in California after renewing her license. At the time, Bravo also noted her background in historic preservation and interior design. Bravo’s September 2017 report covered her announcement.
In an October 2017 recap of a PEOPLE interview, Clements explained that she loved Charleston but wanted to return to California and the West Coast. She described the decision as a choice about what she wanted from her life and said she was taking classes to reactivate her California real-estate license. Bravo’s recap preserves that explanation.
What did she do after leaving the show?
Real estate and interior design
In a 2020 interview, Clements described working in California real estate during the pandemic, when virtual tours and calls helped her continue working while in-person showings were restricted. She also discussed interior-design projects and said she was interested in a property-renovation television format. Those details describe her work and interests in 2020, not a confirmed account of her present practice. Bravo’s 2020 interview reported on that period.

Travel, writing, and business ventures
A January 2025 Bravo profile described Clements as living in Malibu and pursuing real estate and interior design. It also mentioned a travel website that had changed its name from Roam to Trovare, as well as her Substack newsletter. That profile is a dated update; it does not establish her exact residence or whether the travel site or other services are active now. Read the January 2025 profile.
Bravo reported that Clements launched My Morning Martini, a line of espresso-roast whole-bean coffee, in 2023. A March 2026 report also said she announced in March 2025 that she was helping launch Be Love, an electrolyte drink with a philanthropy component. Those reports establish the launches and announcement, not the ventures’ current operations, product details, sales, or availability. Bravo’s coffee report and its March 2026 update cover the ventures.
Has Landon Clements appeared on TV since Southern Charm?
Yes. In March 2026, Bravo reported that Clements made a brief appearance in Season 4, Episode 3 of Southern Hospitality. The report also noted that she had visited Charleston and stayed in contact with former castmates. Bravo says the series streams on Peacock. The cameo was a guest appearance, not a return to the Southern Charm cast. See Bravo’s March 2026 report.

The latest dated updates here place Clements’ reported public activity in a broader mix of business, writing, travel, and occasional television appearances. Bravo’s January 2025 profile described her as living in Malibu, while its March 2026 report covered the Southern Hospitality cameo and said her Substack had most recently been updated in January 2026. Neither report verifies her current residence as of October 2026, her current real-estate brokerage, or whether her previously reported ventures remain active.
