She continued to appear in television and film after the series ended in 2012, and later listings also credit her as a writer, producer, and director. The available credits do not establish that she quit acting or explain why she became less visible in prominent screen roles.
Who is Jordan Danger Hinson?
Jordan Hinson and Jordan Danger are names used for the same actor. SYFY identifies her as “Jordan Danger (aka Jordan Hinson)” and names her as Zoe Carter on Eureka. SYFY’s cast retrospective describes Zoe as Sheriff Jack Carter’s smart, rebellious teenage daughter, who has to adjust to life in a town unlike anywhere else.
In a 5 June 2007 interview with The SciFi World, Hinson described Zoe’s capacity to change: “What I really like about her is her ability to adapt.” She also characterized the show as a story about relationships in a small town built around military technology and scientific geniuses. Those were comments about the series and character at the time, not an update on Hinson’s present-day career. Read the interview transcript.
What did she do after Eureka?
Eureka ran from 2006 to 2012. Hinson’s credits did not end with the show: SYFY’s retrospective names her lead role as Maddie Pryor in the sitcom Hank, an appearance in A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas (2011), a role in Kevin From Work (2015), and Higher Power (2018). SYFY called Higher Power her most recent role when that retrospective was published. That description is tied to the article’s publication context; it does not establish her most recent work as of 2026.

Has she worked outside acting?
Apple TV’s profile for Jordan Danger lists screen credits including Go Figure, Eureka, and Kevin From Work, alongside separate writer, producer, and director categories. Those categories include God Save the Queens under writing and directing and California No under producing. The profile is evidence of cataloged creative credits, not a complete or independently audited account of her work. See Apple TV’s Jordan Danger profile.
So, what really happened?
The documented record is a shift in visibility, not a confirmed dramatic departure: Hinson played a memorable role on Eureka, took other screen roles in later years, and has credits in additional creative capacities. The cited sources do not explain why major acting roles became less visible, or establish her current work schedule, location, or personal life. Without a statement from Hinson or stronger evidence, claims that she retired, disappeared, or stopped acting would go beyond what these credits show.
