He continued cooking through pop-ups and collaborations, published the cookbook Salted: A Recipe Book with a Story to Tell, and, according to Bravo, was married and a father by May 2025. The latest dated update available here does not establish his current work, location, or health in October 2026.
Dave White’s reported injury and surgery
Bravo reported in October 2023 that White suffered a back injury after Season 7 wrapped and underwent spinal surgery. The report does not specify a diagnosis or provide a recovery timeline, so it cannot establish his present health status.
He continued cooking after the show
After the season, Bravo reported that White was cooking at pop-up events around the globe and had collaborated with Below Deck Sailing Yacht chef Marcos Spaziani. Those reports show that he continued working as a chef, but they do not confirm a current job or booking availability.
White had a culinary career before the series. In a July 2022 interview, he said he had worked on yachts for eight years and had opened a restaurant in southwest France, which he described as difficult to make successful. That interview is background, not evidence that the restaurant is still operating. He also described his approach to plating as intuitive: “I just shut my eyes, and I can envision the plate.” Read the interview with Dave White.

What happened with Elena Dubaich and Natasha Webb?
Season 7 included attention around White’s personal connections, but the later updates do not describe an ongoing relationship with Elena Dubaich. On Watch What Happens Live, Dubaich said their flirtation faded after filming: “There was a bit of flirtation here and there, but we never really crossed paths and it kind of fizzled out.”

On May 14, 2025, Bravo reported that White was married to Holly and that they had welcomed a daughter, Juliette, earlier that year.
