The Jujutsu Kaisen news announced on July 6, 2026, was a second 5th-anniversary merchandise pop-up—not a confirmed new-season announcement. The official anime site said the shop would feature new suit-themed character illustrations and a range of goods. Its two scheduled runs, in Tokyo and Kobe, have now ended.
What was announced on July 6?
The TV anime’s official site announced a second Jujutsu Kaisen 5th-anniversary POP UP SHOP in OIOI. It described new original illustrations of characters wearing suits, continuing the first round’s visual theme. The announcement did not confirm a new season or a major anime reveal.
The official notice is available in the TV anime news archive. Shueisha’s Jump Calendar also lists Jujutsu Kaisen physical goods, including acrylic stands, but that does not establish whether the pop-up’s limited designs remain available.
Where was the anniversary pop-up?
The official announcement scheduled two locations in sequence. Both date ranges are now historical:

| Venue | City | Scheduled dates |
|---|---|---|
| Shibuya Modi | Shibuya, Tokyo | July 18–August 2, 2026 |
| Kobe Marui | Kobe | August 8–23, 2026 |
These dates and locations come from the TV anime’s official notice. It does not provide current inventory information, so the past event should not be taken as evidence that its goods are still for sale.
What merchandise was announced?
The planned lineup included:
- Trading can badges and trading clear cards
- A six-card postcard set
- An acrylic panel, acrylic stands, and acrylic coasters
- Acrylic keychains, clear files, and die-cut stickers
- B2 half-size tapestries
- Foil-stamped ticket-style cards
The notice scheduled the listed products to go on sale July 18 at 11:00. It also warned that designs and prices could change without notice. The organizer said it might use numbered tickets or similar crowd-management measures depending on conditions, and directed visitors to the special event page for details.

A separate Jujutsu Kaisen stage was scheduled at Anime Expo for July 5, 2026, from 10:00 to 10:50 a.m. Pacific Time—not July 6. The official anime site and TOHO listing place that panel on July 5. It is a nearby event, but distinct from the July 6 merchandise announcement.
