What do the DOJ photos show?
The DOJ’s Epstein disclosure archive lists materials published under the Epstein Files Transparency Act, including a December 19, 2025 letter to Congress and DOJ’s announcement that it published 3.5 million responsive pages. That figure is the department’s stated page count for the release, not a count of aircraft photographs. The DOJ disclosure archive is the place to check the materials it currently lists; availability and redactions may change.

The Associated Press described the December 19, 2025 release as thousands of files, including photographs, and noted that substantial flight-log and court material had already been public. That broader release context does not identify which images, if any, depict a particular aircraft. Without the exact article or the underlying image and its DOJ identifier, it is not possible to verify that a specific photograph is new, identify an aircraft from it, or say what new information it reveals.
What can a flight log establish?
DOJ hosts a flight-log exhibit released in U.S. v. Maxwell. View the DOJ flight-log exhibit. A log can document recorded travel details, but an entry alone does not establish why someone traveled, what they knew, or whether they committed wrongdoing. It should be read as a travel record, not as proof of a passenger’s conduct.

How to read claims about the aircraft
- Aircraft identification: A court filing can support a specific type-and-registration pairing, as the 2023 filing does for N908JE and N909JE.
- Photo identification: A photograph may show an aircraft, but identifying its model or registration requires the image itself and reliable identifying details. The headline alone is not enough.
- Travel: A flight-log entry records travel information; it does not, by itself, establish the circumstances or legality of a trip.
Keep those forms of evidence distinct. A photo, an aircraft identification in a filing, and a passenger’s log entry answer different questions.
