Shante Broadus, born Shante Taylor, is a music manager and businesswoman whose documented work also includes youth and mentoring initiatives. In a June 2021 announcement, Snoop Dogg named her his official manager and said she oversees Boss Lady Entertainment; that announcement also identified her as a co-founder of the Snoop Youth Football League and founder of the I Am Shante Foundation. The sources cited here establish those roles at that time, not their current status.
She was named Snoop Dogg’s official manager
On June 9, 2021, Snoop Dogg announced that Broadus had joined his executive team as his official manager. The announcement also said she had managed the early part of his career. This documents her appointment in 2021; the available sources do not confirm whether she still holds the role today. PR Newswire’s announcement
She leads business work through Boss Lady Entertainment
The 2021 announcement said Broadus oversees Boss Lady Entertainment. A 2021 W Magazine profile described her as the company’s founder and portrayed her as involved in the business side of Snoop Dogg’s work. The sources establish her connection to the company in 2021, but do not verify its current operations. W Magazine’s profile
She has worked with her children’s music careers
W Magazine reported that Broadus worked with her son Cordell and daughter Cori while they pursued music careers at the time of the 2021 profile. That is a report about her family’s music work then, not confirmation of their current professional arrangements.

Her reported nonprofit work centers on youth
The 2021 appointment announcement identified Broadus as a co-founder of the Snoop Youth Football League and the founder of the I Am Shante Foundation, which it described as focused on mentoring young girls. The league’s own About Us page describes a 501(c)(3) nonprofit offering inner-city children opportunities to participate in youth football and cheer, and names Snoop Dogg as its founder. That page supports the league’s stated mission, but does not independently confirm Broadus’s role. The sources do not establish whether the foundation is currently active.
