Judy Haim rejected the allegation that Charlie Sheen sexually assaulted her son, Corey Haim. In 2017, she said Corey never mentioned Sheen and that she saw no change in him after he filmed Lucas. She also identified another man in her own account of abuse. Sheen denied the allegation; the reported accounts do not establish what happened.
What Judy Haim said in 2017
After an allegation about events during the filming of the 1986 movie Lucas, Judy Haim told Entertainment Tonight, in comments reported by TheWrap, that her son had never mentioned Sheen. “My son never mentioned Charlie. We never talked about Charlie. It was all made up,” she said, adding that Corey would “throw up” if he heard the claims. TheWrap’s 2017 report recounts her comments.

In a preview of her appearance on The Dr. Oz Show, Haim said she saw “not one change in character” after Corey filmed Lucas. She said, “I would have known if anything was wrong,” describing him as transparent. She also argued that Corey, who was 13 during the period associated with the film, would not have asked Sheen to sleep with him. Those are Haim’s statements, not independent findings about what happened.
Who Judy Haim said abused her son
On The Dr. Oz Show, Haim identified another man as the person who abused Corey. TheWrap reported that she named “this guy Dominick,” possibly referring to actor Dominick Brascia. Haim said Corey called her from the man’s apartment, shouting, “Mom, come and get me! He’s not getting off me!” She said she found the man sitting on Corey and pinning him down, intervened, and characterized what happened as “a form of sex” but “not rape.” This is Haim’s account as reported by TheWrap; the report does not independently establish it.

What was alleged, and how Sheen responded
The 2017 report that prompted Haim’s comments concerned an allegation by Dominick Brascia that Sheen sexually assaulted Haim while they worked on Lucas. Sheen’s representative categorically denied the allegation, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Corey Feldman later repeated the allegations in connection with his 2020 documentary (My) Truth: The Rape of Two Coreys. Sheen denied them again through a spokesperson, who said they “never occurred.” In an email to Sheen’s publicist, Judy Haim called the accusation unsupported and wrote that Corey was not alive to defend himself. She also said the alleged rape “never happened or else I would have known about it,” as reported by TheWrap in 2020.

What the reported accounts do—and don’t—show
Judy Haim’s rejection of the accusation and her account of another man are distinct from Brascia’s allegation and Feldman’s later statements. Sheen denied the allegation. The reporting cited here records claims and denials; it does not resolve them as an adjudicated finding.
